My previous careers included 14 years managing women's nonprofit organizations, and 20 years focusing on my business as a consultant in leadership and organization development. 

I discovered knitting in my 50's in anticipation of retirement. Creating WatersColors Art to Wear has become my journey and my passion. Over the past 25 years, I've learned from distinguished milliners in Washington, California, London, Australia, and France.

My goal is to design and create millinery in a variety of styles and colors that will charm women into wearing hats again.
